powergridindia invites applications for Diploma Trainee at Western Region Transmission System-I for the following posts

Diploma Trainee (Electrical)

1. Number of Vacancies : 42 Posts
2. Pay Scale : Stipend of Rs. 7300/- pm during training period. To be regularized as Jr. Engineer Gr.IV (S-1) in the pay scale of Rs. 7300-12660/- after successful completion of one year training.
3. Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognised Technical Board/Institute, with minimum 70% marks for General/OBC(NCL) and pass marks for SC/ST/PH.

Diploma Trainee (Civil)

1. Number of Vacancies : 13 Posts
2. Pay Scale: Stipend of Rs. 7300/- pm during training period. To be regularized as Jr. Engineer Gr.IV (S-1) in the pay scale of Rs. 7300-12660/- after successful completion of one year training.
3. Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognised Technical Board/Institute, with minimum 70% marks for General/OBC(NCL) and pass marks for SC/ST/PH.

Assistant (Finance)

1. Number of Vacancies : 06 Posts
2. Pay Scale : W-4 Grade int he pay scale of Rs. 5400-10350 (IDA)
3. Qualification: B.Com with first(1st) division for General/OBC(NCL) candidates and pass marks for SC/ST/PH. Additional qualification of M.Com shall be desirable.

Jr. Technician Trainee (Electrical)

1. Number of Vacancies : 47 Posts
2. Pay Scale : Stipend of Rs. 5000/- pm during training period. To be regularized as Jr. Technician (W-3) in the pay scale of Rs. 5000-9590/- after successful completion of one year training.
3. Qualification: ITI in Electrical Trade of Two Years duration from recognised Institute.
