UGC Net Application Form December 2010 NET JRF Exam Results 2010 National Eligibility Test

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has announced the date of Dec 2010 NET exam. National Eligibility Test (NET) on 26th December, 2010 (Sunday)
The last date of filling-up the online application form is October 25, 2010.
Online regitration for JRF and NET.

  1. Read the notification of NET at
  2. Scan passport size photograph in JPEG format. (less than 300kb wight)
  3. Upload the right size photograph.
  4. download the Bank Challan at and  print it and deposit the required (application fee is different for various categories of candidates) application fee at nearest branch of State Bank of India.
  5. After depositing the required fee at SBI, please click on the Apply Here button, OR through a link available on the UGC website:
  6. The envelope containing the Application Form should be superscribed “UGC NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY TEST FOR JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR LECTURESHIP, DECEMBER, 2010”.
  7. Applications received after the last date (i.e. 01.11.2010) at the test centre will not be accepted.

The national level Test for determining the eligibility of candidates for the award of Junior Research Fellowship/Lectureship in science subjects (Chemical Sciences; Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean & Planetary Sciences; Life Sciences; Mathematical Sciences; Physical Sciences) is conducted jointly with the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi. The candidates in science subjects, desirous of availing UGC-JRF or obtaining eligibility for Lectureship in these subjects are advised to appear in the Joint CSIR-UGC Test for Junior Research Fellowship and Eligibility for Lectureship conducted by CSIR.
